You can now hide inboxes in Mailparser to keep your workspace clean and organized without deactivating them. Hiding is perfect for temporarily removing inactive or low-priority inboxes from view while they continue to process emails in the background.
What Happens When You Hide an Inbox?
When you hide an inbox:
It will no longer appear in your Inbox List or Card View pages.
It will continue to receive emails and consume processing credits.
It will be moved to the Hidden category, where you can still access it if needed.
Hiding an inbox is a great way to temporarily clean up your inboxes without stopping email processing.
How to Hide an Inbox
Go to your Inbox page.
Find the inbox you want to hide.
Hover over your inbox and look for the archive button
.
Select "Hide Inbox" and confirm.
The inbox will move to the Hidden category. To access the categories, select from the drop-down at the top of the page and select Hidden.
Why Hide Instead of Archive?
Hiding an inbox is a temporary visual change—your inbox still functions normally. In contrast, archiving will fully deactivate the inbox: it will stop receiving emails and using credits.
