If you're using Apple Mail on macOS and want to automatically forward specific emails to your Mailparser inbox for processing, follow the steps below to set up a Mail Rule that will forward messages to your unique Mailparser email address.
1. Open Apple Mail Preferences

Open the Mail app on your Mac.

Click Mail in the top menu bar, then select Settings (or Preferences depending on your macOS version).
2. Create a New Rule

Go to the Rules tab.

Click the “Add Rule” button.
3. Configure Rule Conditions
Set up the conditions for which emails should be forwarded. For example:

If: Any of the following conditions are met:

From Contains example@company.com (You can adjust this depending on your needs.)

4. Set the Action to Forward

In the Perform the following actions section:

Choose Forward message.

Enter your Mailparser inbox email address

5. Save the Rule

Apple Mail only runs rules when the app is open. To ensure emails are forwarded consistently, Mail must be open and running on your Mac.
