Your data belongs to you and you decide how long we should store it for you.
By default, we store emails and the parsed data for one month. After that period we delete all data associated with the email (text, attachments, parsing results).
You can define for each inbox how long we should store the data. Inside the inbox settings (grey gear icon top right on the overview page) you can choose a value between 5 minutes and 60 days (Enterprise customers can raise the limit up to 120 days)
