Can I send parsed data to Salesforce CRM?

Overview

Yes, Mailparser offers a native Salesforce integration that allows you to automatically send parsed email data to your Salesforce CRM.

Once set up, a new record can be created in Salesforce each time an email is processed.  

How It Works

Mailparser connects directly to Salesforce using a webhook integration.

• Parsed data is sent automatically after each email is processed
• You can choose which Salesforce object to create (e.g., Lead, Contact)
• Fields from Mailparser are mapped to Salesforce fields

How to Set It Up

Step 1: Add the Salesforce Integration

1. Open your Mailparser inbox
2. Go to Webhook Integrations
3. Click Add Integration
4. Select Salesforce

Step 2: Connect Your Salesforce Account

You will be prompted to log in and authorize the connection.

Step 3: Choose the Object

Select the Salesforce object you want to create records in, such as:

• Lead
• Contact
• Opportunity

Step 4: Map Your Fields

Match your Mailparser fields to the corresponding Salesforce fields.

This step ensures your parsed data is placed in the correct locations.

Step 5: Save and Test

Save your integration and send a test email to confirm everything is working correctly.

Important Notes

• The integration creates new records in Salesforce for each parsed email
• Updating existing records is not supported natively
• To update existing records, you can use an integration platform like Zapier
