Once an email is received, the following parts will be stored in our secure file AWS S3 storage:
- Headers
- HTML Body (Stripped Down)
- Plain Text Body
- File Attachments
The original email file is of ephemeral nature to us and will reside on our servers only for a short time.
Once your email got parsed, all extracted data is stored in our database so we can compile downloadable files or use them for your webhook integrations.
All data associated with an email (see above) is then kept in our system for 30 days by default. After that time they will be deleted beyond recall. This delay can be set in your inbox settings to something between 5 minutes and 60 days (Enterprise customers can raise the limit up to 120 days).
