If you have a specific query about our email parser service not answered in our Help & Support Center, or you need to report a problem with the app, we encourage customers to contact us directly via email at support@mailparser.io.

If reporting a problem, we recommend including as much information related to your email parsing issue as possible, including the mailbox you're using for import as well as screenshots of the issue (if applicable). 

The more information that is provided will generally result in a much faster response time. If you are reporting an issue with dispatched webhook data, screenshots of the issue are  crucial to proper troubleshooting.
