Parsing email data from attached CSV or Excel files is a simple task with Mailparser. All you need to do is to set the source of your parsing rule to "Attachments".
You can also extract information from .zip attachments - attached files that are zipped will automatically be unzipped when imported into Mailparser, and parsing rules can then be created for attachments to extract the data you want. Keep in mind that the zip file would need to be unencrypted before being attached and sent to Mailparser.
Then choose "Text content (Table Cells)" in the first filter. (If your email has multiple attachments you may also need to use the option to Filter by type or Filter by name pattern)
This will give you all the table rows and columns of the attached spreadsheet. You can then add different cell filters to select, crop, search, and split cells. For example, you can add a filter "Only keep rows having a number in the first column".
